Quality Objectives
- 100% on time delivery of all products and services at or within estimated cost
- Certification to BS OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety by December 2011
- Certification to ISO 14000 Environmental Standard by December 2011
- 100% of employees to receive an annual Performance Review and have in place an agreed performance development plan
- Each department in the company has at least three agreed Key Result Areas (KRA’s) in place that effectively measure the performance of their area of the business

- We are committed to ensure that our products and services fully meet the requirements of our customers at all times as well as complying to applicable codes, standards and specifications
- To meet these commitments, we have implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) complying with the international standard ISO 9001:2008
- We strive to continuously improve our products, services and the effectiveness of our QMS, and we will embrace the improvement opportunities that certification to ISO 14000 Environmental Standard and BS OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety benchmark will bring
- We understand that Quality is doing the job right first time. We will provide the correct resources to enable all employees to achieve this and will monitor performance against relevant objectives
