MHN Project Reaching Milestone
On the evening of January 6th 2012, the MHN Living Quarter module was loaded out successfully at Hazira yard in Gujarat , India. This signifies that MHN project, in which Specialist Services took the EPM contractor’s role since September 2009 has achieved a major milestone.
Known as India’s heaviest module, the LQ weighs 4405M tons and is also the heaviest Larsen and Toubro ( EPC of MHN Project ) ever made. The living quarter module is expected to sail away on the 12th of January to the ONGC Mumbai High North offshore field. The remaining TG Module is yet to be loaded out on the 5th of February and sail away on the 21st February.
