Bathrooms in fixed and floating installations lend themselves perfectly to the monocoque construction solution.

By using modular units constructed from Lloyd's approved GRP (glass-reinforced polyester); we offer a simple solution to bathrooms for our clients. The completed modules are fully watertight and offer a clean, durable and maintenance free surface to meet high and heavy usage demands of oilfield, marine and other construction installations.

Modular units can be provided with fire retardant GRP to BS476 Part 7 or certified to IMO / MED requirements. They are fully tested as per the FTP (Fire Test Procedures) Code and Annex 1, Part 2 and 5 (IMO Res. MSC.61(67) & A.754(18)).

Within our product range, there are a number of standard configurations available which should suit any requirement. For other configurations units can be purpose built to suit client specific requirements. The internals are usually fitted-out with our standard fittings and fixtures, but can be further enhanced with any customer requirement.

Where access is limited, we can provide units to be delivered in knock-down form to aid installation. This makes our designs ideal for refurbishment and refit requirements. Furthermore, we aim to provide an easy solution to our clients needs by making our designs so that all components, where required, can pass through a door opening of 800mm x 2000mm or less if necessary.
