Specialist Services produce a wide range of cell on wheels and rapid deployment vehicles in order to meet industry needs.
Our Cells on Wheels (COW's) are usually fitted with pneumatic, telescopic or lattice masts for fast rig-up. These range in height from 9m to 40m and are designed to carrying loads of 60-1000 kilos in wind speeds of up to 45 m/s. A standard 18m Telescopic Mast design includes the following standard features:
• Access Control System
• Fire Alarms and Fire Suppression System
• Pneumatic Mast
• Sound attenuated generator with 7 day fuel tank
• Dual air conditioners with automatic changeover and high temperature alarms
• 16 Tonne rated trailer with stabilising outriggers
In addition to these features, a standard 40m Telescopic Lattice Mast has an automatic hydraulic deployment system included, to mobilise it from the horizontal travelling position to the vertical operating position.
Our Rapid Deployment Vehicles (RDV's) are available in options of 4x2 or 4x4 vehicles, with the latter specifically designed to cater for off-road sites when required. The typical Specifications for our RDV’s Include:
