Separators

These are versatile vessels that separate well effluent into either three or four phases so that they can be metered and sampled.

Separating gas, gas condensate, light oil, heavy oil, foaming oil, water, mud, solids etc from exploration wells with unknown characteristics, the equipment must be extremely strong and safe.  Our standard range or products use only proven, premium equipment to ensure safe use and long lifespan.  Our standard equipment covers various pressure ratings from 770 to 5000 psi and various flow rates for different applications.  Specialist Services stock both the controls and valves to make up to 10 separators at one time as well as usually keeping 2 of their standard 1440 psi units ready at short notice.

We are able to design to a customer’s specific requirements whenever necessary and process design can be done in-house to match all flow, temperature, pressure requirements.
